Glass Butchery to be more specific, corner of Piet Retief and Market Street to be more exact. Parow.
Dinky and tiny, but so clean, so helpful, so friendly, great meat and the boerewors is really really good. Which says alot, 'coz I'm not a boerewors fan, at all, even though I do live this side of The Curtain.
They have this lovely old fashioned cash register - till - and a swarm of people behind the counter helping you. I absolutely love going there, and it's close...
