OK, so, while raving on and on about how good the food was at La Colombe last night, my mom decided to immediately give them a call and try to get in for dinner after the rugby..... They're closed, very very bleak. Apparently until the end of September. I have tried to call, but no answer. So, we all have to wait until next year :-( so sad.
Oh well, we'll have to find out about other places in the meantime won't we, or try out some of our own delicious recipes, I am going to hunt down a recipe for that Confit Pork on the menu at La Colombe.
